Insolvency service position on pheonix companies
"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )

That's the one, some 'sleuthing' needed, build a picture with evidence, get statements from 'customers' who has been 'ripped off'.

Also, there is no harm in identifying the company here. If there are other victims, they will find each other here. We've dealt with far dodgier outfits than this one (probably!) and sometimes in can genuinely help to generate a bit of fair internet discussion about businesses.

Thanks for this it has opened my eyes . I have dropped them a email . What I do not understand he started a new company and then almost the same same day resigned , made the company sec a director while maintaining a 25% share of the company . A new continuation doc issued for the company.

Thanks to all who have added bits and info to my opening post .I have sent my notice of small claims to him . It was all checked by CA before sending .I would add they ( CA ) if you get the right person are really helpful .

There are far bigger fish after payback from him than me , so I guess he will be having a few sleepless nights . This Phoenix company stuff is really scary
And would seem to be heading out of control .

Well done Dorset, we wish you lots of luck pursuing this. Feel free to check back with us if you have any questions on the court process after you file any claim. Really glad to hear that you had decent advice from Citizens Advice.
