Thank you Ostell, I fixed those. What is VRM? Do I put pcn reference in any of these letters and do I send only emails to them o paper copies as well?

VRM is Vehicle Registration Mark, Number plate to those of us slightly older.

Send an email to get it going but follow it up with a paper copy with a free certificate of posting from a post office. Just laying the paper trail.

Good morning, so I received both responses. Please check the letter, also dcbl sent all evidence they have, please let me know if you want to see it.

You surely have the name of the parking company that issued the PCN initially? How can a council provide you with documents sent by another entity?

On the letter of claim it said UK Parking Control Limited. But I couldn't find any email for them apart from sales one. And on the letter of claim there was Thurrock shopping details....

I never have dealt with this type of letters and I have made mistake. Can I still send the letter to ukpc or it is too late? What do I do with dcblegal letter? Do I need to reply them? I am sorry for so many questions but it's really confusing to me.

So what's wrong with simple letter and post? Be sure to send some ID with it, like utility bill or similar
Their postal address is on the web page.

If you don't know the details then how can you write a defence to the court claim that is coming.

When you get the court claim you can write the CPR 31.14 request again as they need the details to start the claim

I don't know how will I write to court, I was hoping someone from this forum might help. Do you think the court will be happening for sure? If I will go to court what's the chances I won't need to pay for the court expenses? Will it be reduced just to £100 if I will go to court? Its really stressful for me and I don't know what to do. If court will decide for me to pay £160 is it worth all this stress and not knowing?

You are not writing to the court yet. Expenses in court are severely limited, total should be in the region of £200 if you lose.
