Hi, is there anything regarding the keeper receiving letter of claim from dcbl at this stage?
The driver parked the car in 2019 at shopping centre in free parking, but "not parked correctly within the markings of the space".

    Thank you.

Edit so that the identity of the driver cannot be inferred. The driver drove and parked, the keeper received the letter

Have hou got any of the original docs?

      SAR to parking company
      CPR 31.14 request to DCBL

templates in the shortcut panel on this page

Also I can only find cpr 31.14 letter in the templates. To be honest really confused what to do now as never dealt before. Would anyone be here to help me with letter writing, please?

            Mistype it is cpr 31.14

This is not a letter writing service, if you want that it is called a solicitor.

You haven't even followed the advice to edit.

Can I at least get advice what's going to happen once I'll send these letters? Will the court still be processed?

What to edit is in post #3

They will continue to court but you have no information to be able to defend the claim.

If you send the letter hopefully you will get information that will allow you to defend the case.

Use the templates and write the letters but before sending put them on here for critique.

"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )

Thank you. Please could you check the SAR letter and let me know if I need to put anything else. Also what is VRM and what do I put where I circled in red? And should I include pcn ref in my letter? Thank you.

The template was written for debt cases. You do not need teh area circled in red. You do need to ask for the original PCN and any other paperwork and copies of the signs that created the alleged contract.

The debt was not assigned to them, they are acting as agents.
