I have been treated with a disconnection notice.
I think it is in relation to a considerable back dating debt that they wish to enforce. To complicate matters, I now have a nine month old baby and winter has now arrived.
It would seem that the application process to apply for a warrant will not be intimated to mean they can just go and get a warrant and then gain entry to my house. I Don't think that I can lodge a caveat with the relevant court in Scotland as it is not one of the grounds to which a caveat applies.
how on earth do i know when to go to court to oppose the grant and get some time to negotiate this complex matter with the power company?
