Car in front slammed on breaks so i would hit them. What should i do?

    Update:

    I found out that the other driver has submitted a 2k claim against me for this but my insurer are not sure about it so have delayed payment.

    I only found out about this because my insurance was up for renewal and i was (At Fault) for this accident. A phone call later and i have sent the all the dash cam footage for this incident.

    The cheek of some people.

      As his car was undamaged presumably this claim is for whiplash or something.
      I trust your insurers are requesting proof of causation
