Hope someone can help me.
I received a window screen ticket for a missing ticket from dash, but have proof of purchase and the bank debit on a screenshot to prove I paid the tariff.
I am not the keeper of the vehicle it is a lease car from my company, but I have not yet passed the date for payment so no legal letter has been issued to the hire company.
I cannot find the landowner to appeal to them.
The ticket was issued 12th September, but I have been struggling to find the right format to appeal.
The ticket I received is attached for reference, it was from Premier Parking Ltd, an IPC member.
