That's not a letter before claim. They are threatening to tell tales to B&Q and tell them that you have been a naughty girl and haven't talked to them or paid.

You could point them to the Oxford case, details in post #10

Oh dear, you haven't replied so if you don't respond to this letter they will refer back to B&Q (maybe)
No they won't. They'll drop it as they are the specialists who have failed.
Why would they tell B&Q they failed?
Ignore it and file with the other letters

Thank you. Would anything happen if I ignore this letter or would you suggest replying to them?

Thank you DES8. The different title on the last letter just worried me slightly. I shall ignore and file!

For goodness sake don't reply or engage with them in any way.
All that does is to encourage them to put more pressure on you, as they think you are worried.
Nothing will happen if you ignore.
Some civil recovery firms come back one last time offering a discount if you pay, but why would you?
You owe them nothing and that is all they are entitled to.

Thank you DES8. This is the 3rd letter hoping I dont receive anymore but they shall just be filed with these if I do! Its awful how companies do this but I guess there's always people that like to threaten out there. I cant thank you enough for your support on my thread its reassured me that I dont have to worry about these bullies and I can continue my daily life without stressing so thank you again

That is why you were told to go look at the RLP Oxford case in the other thread. Details in post #10 here.
