A relative recently passed away and has left me as listed "all stocks and shares listed on the London stock exchange". I know that the relative thought that meant all shares & funds they owned under the Natwest banner. Unfortunately probate (NatWest) have told me I'm due a small proportion and only the funds listed on LSE with (I presume) the rest of the money, which is 90% of it, going to charity. The executors and all relatives know this money was meant to be left to me but what can I do? Some of the funds are government bonds in America / Asia etc but all under the Natwest account. I would of thought the solicitor who completed her last will would of made this clear but evidently not?
