Hi Ping - No problem at all, very happy to help as we're seeing an increase in these cases. KodakOne is another organisation using AI to track down images on masse and send out millions of demands. It is all speculative invoicing in truth so they rely on people's ignorance of their consumer rights as well as court processes.
I hope you have used all the correct Fair Usage responses? Is your website commercial?

"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )

I also want to say that I am very lucky to have found this site and the Forum. I felt helpless and panic, when I was threatened and ignored, but I got help from here from the first post. Thank you everyone for the help!

How can I let others know more about LegalBeagles, I know there are many people like me need help. Thank you !

Hi Ping, I have faced the same issue with KodakOne as well. Should I be worried or even respond as I have read tons of scam experiences with them...Please help.

Hi Celestine, I'm facing the same issue with KodakONe. Should I even respond to them or totally ignore? I'm from Singapore.

You need to check out your equivalent of small claims court in Singapore. The reason KodakOne cannot issue a claim in the UK is because they would not be able to recover legal costs in our small claims track, despite them threatening to add hundreds of £ in costs.

I find it very troubling that these companies repeatedly threaten legal costs on top of the 'damages' when they have an extremely low likelihood of applying them to such a claim.
It doesn't mean they can't issue a claim, but they will struggle to inflate it much higher, which means you are in a much stronger position to negotiate a partial settlement if they ever reply.....

              Hello PING922,

I want to know how things ended up with you regarding the Pixsy email. I hope things have been sorted out with them.
I've got a similar email, and the deadline is in a couple of days, and I am not sure what to do.

Your prompt reply is highly appreciated.
Also, I would appreciate anyone can help with this matter.

Keep ignoring them Jack, do not be tempted to engage at all. We have yet to hear of a single case going to court and we stand by our position that you cannot add legal costs to a small claims matter.
