    Hi.....
    back in 2009 i defaulted on a credit card....received defaukt and subsequent ccj.....CAB were dealing with my debts so offers were made to all for £1....6 years of having ccj has buggered me up aand although i kept up repayments now 10 years on same creditor has isdued court papers for the same exact debt but added costs onto it.....
    CAB have said aknoledge debt but is this right to recaive potentialy another ccj on a debt i have already had a ccj on?

    No, they cannot take you to court to obtain a CCJ on a claim they have already won, are you sure they are not applying to enforce the judgement?
