Hi I normally answer nuisances phone calls with “this call is charged at £50 a seconded do you wish to continue?” normally they hang up on me. The last time they agreed and gave me their company details and said about how it was their first day at work at the call center, a very nice person. Can I charge for the two minutes 24 seconds call?
Charging nuisances phone calls @ £50 a second.

Yes you can charge the company by sending an invoice. Will the company pay you, probably not.
If you took it to court, are you going to be successful, highly unlikely. £50 per second is manifestly excessive on any level - how can you justify charging that much?
£10 or £15 per call is more realistic. If you have a question about the voluntary termination process, please read this guide first, as it should have all the answers you need. Please do not hijack another person's thread as I will not respond to you

Thanks, I think you are right I could offer a 50% discount if they pay in 21 days and offer to send 50% to charity.
I don’t believe it but another company rang up today for 3.39 I think I said 5 times I was charging for this call, this could be an interesting way of earning a living?

You can offer, send them whatever bill you like but they're not liable to pay it until a court orders them. So that's where its probably going to end up if you want to do something about it but as I said, theres a high chance you are not getting £50 per second. If you have a question about the voluntary termination process, please read this guide first, as it should have all the answers you need.
