Hi, I spent over £10k in Benchmarx and paid them directly, but all information had to go to my kitchen fitter, including pricing details. I paid my kitchen fitter separately to do my kitchen and bathroom 90% payment upfront however he has not completed the works, in fact left the job after he ruined my worktop and gutted my bathroom and is claiming poverty so cut a long story short I may have to go to small claims court. My cooker has broken down 3 times since its installation and Candy have been out to fix it, however as its brand new I am upset as it can take their engineers a week to come out to me so I am now hoping to get a new cooker. Benchmarx are refusing to provide me with any receipts for my purchases they say due to GDPR and would need to ask his consent. If he does not give consent is there anything I can do to force Benchmarx to provide me with receipts for all the appliances I purchased? Thanks in advance.
