  • High court writ of control

Received a High Court Writ of control on a County Court Judgment from Uxbridge County Court.
Going into hospital tomorrow for a heart procedure.
so, need to fill out N244 and file asap to stop enforcement.
I assume this has to be filed in ANY District Registry County Court or does it have to be filed at The Strand London?

    Any advice??

You will need to apply to the High Court district registry that has issued the Writ, what is the reason you wish to apply to stay it?
