In 2015 my daughter received parking tickets in her university car park. I don't recall the name of the parking company. Because her car is registered at our home address there was a delay in receiving the PCN. I believe there were two incidents of this. To cut a long story short, I remember receiving threatening letters from a legal compant. My daughter was scared of any repercussions so I paid the tickets despite her disputing them. Now 4 years later she has received 2 letters from BW Legal saying she owes 2 x £129 for parking tickets from 2015.

I've read a lot on line about BW Legal being a scam and really don't know what to do. Does anyone else have a similar experience and any advice? Do I ignore them? Do I write and dispute and advise them the tickets were paid years ago?

    Please help
