Hi, I am really hoping someone can give me some advice. I have received this form from Restons Soicitors on behalf of Arrow Global. It is addressed to my daughter who has lived abroad for the past 4.5 years but to my address. It is saying that if the form is not completed and returned to County Court Basildon in 8 days then she could be sent to prison for 14 days. We have never had any other correspondence from Arrow so do not know what this debt relates to. They also want to add a fee of £110.00 because we failed to pay. I rang Arrow but they cannot speak to me as it is not in my name. The letter is very threatening saying that a bailiff will visit in 8 days to serve papers. Can they do this when the debit is nothing to do with me? If there is a legitimate outstanding amount then we would gladly pay this on her behalf but I am loath to make a payment on line when I do not know what it is for

Your daughter is going to have to ring them and see what this is all about as I assume the letter doesn't say. Has she always lived at home or did she move back just before leaving the country?COMPLETING AN N180 DIRECTIONS QUESTIONNAIRE (SMALL CLAIMS TRACK) GUIDE
