I am a pensioner of 76 years and saw an advert last May for a Grocery offer - 100% Free Sample -from Farm Fresh, delivered to my home. I was away for five months in winter and realised that a direct debit of £4-99 was taken out of my account - despite me being away for five months. I contacted the owner and was told that it could only be canceled if I paid back the £50-00 (100% Free offer )that I had received in May. I have tried, time and again to cancel my contract and cannot do so. It is difficult for me being on a basic pension to continue and I am at my wits end with stress, worrying how I am going to resolve this situation. I have canceled my direct debit from the bank and am considering to even pay the £50-00 to end my association with this company but feel it is so unfair that I have to do so. Can you please help?
    Thank You.

For the direct debit escalate this to your bank as an unauthorized payment and ask that they refund the money under the direct debit guarantee.

Have you got a copy of the contract he sent you when you signed up for his "Service" ?

Farm Fresh is well know on here for his devious methods. And now I will probably be getting another email from him slagging me off.

The company you are dealing with had just had a non-compliant advertiser notice from the ASA which may assist when contacting your bank. See https://www.asa.org.uk/non-compliant...egies-ltd.html

His terms change regularly which you can see here -> https://www.changedetection.com/log/...terms_log.html

Get your DD cancelled and also tell the bank to cancel any continuous payment authority on your debit card ( you possibly gave them those details when you first signed up with the company )

If it continues then please post on here.

Do you have the original £50 voucher offer email ? ( it's relatively new he's added this '52 more orders or have to repay any voucher part to his terms ).
