    Evening I hope someone can give me so advise asap
    I have been fighting Lowell since august 2014, they said I owed a debt to a company and I disagreed I wanted proof ie the signed agreement it went to court in nov 2016 and it got "stayed" still no agreement then December last year got all the letters starting again so asked for the same thing as I genuinely didn't think it was my debt anyway it is going to court next week and I have had all the papers come through with a copy of the agreement which I have signed I have been trying to get through to the litigation team today to try and settle this with no avail I have emailed Friday and yesterday with no response could somebody advise I cant sleep the outstanding amount is £952.89

    Okay, so what have you actually emailed to them? (copy and paste it here with personal details removed)

    The contents of those emails may be very important.
