Yip looks like Jag has everything in hand fine , only thing I might have mentioned is the SAR to 02 just to show you're trying your best to get the information despite the claimants lack of assistance - but it really isn't important and some would say it's of no relevance to the claimants case - and it can go in your witness statements later if necessary, particularly if the SAR comes back with nothing.
