Hi Im looking for some advice on charging orders, ive had 2 on my property one from 2004 and one 2005 on the land registry one says final and the other interim ( I wasn't even aware of this charge). I now want to sell my property but need to deal with these. Can I negotiate a settlement given the age of these or am I bound to pay them in full. Any help offered would be great

If not it's very unlikely that the Claimant will settle at a lesser amount, they have a charge on a house you are going to sell and would get the full amount. Where's their incentive to take less?
First order of business is to find out what they are for and then come back with the details to go from there.COMPLETING AN N180 DIRECTIONS QUESTIONNAIRE (SMALL CLAIMS TRACK) GUIDE
