  • Shoplifting scottish law

    Hi there.

I recently posted in another forum with a problem. please find it here - http://legalbeagles.info/forums/foru...g-scottish-law

it is in regards to a warning recieved by the police for shoplifting. the warning was issued for one store, but stupidly/regrettably i had also taken items from two other stores. the police said they would be in contact with regards to the other stores, will this original warning cover the 2 other stores?

more details in the linked post! please help. this is my first offence or crime committed ever and was a completely out of character decision, made in financial desperation. i am also a medical student so the outcome of these stupid events could be catastrophic.

    Thanks

So why are you asking here when you already have a thread started?
