  • Continual harrassment

we have some agricultural land where we live and as of last year we got change of use for camping ang leisure and the permission was also for three tipis which are on site. We have recently placed a London route aster bus on site to use as a classroom for arts and craft sessions we run for children and special needs. A neighbour who has fought us all the way has complained about the bus . I did ask council before siting the bus and was told I could . I have now been sent a letter with forms to fill saying it looks like I have breached my planning/ change of use permission. The bus is moveable and not connected to any services. It seems the the council seem to run in fear every time someone complains louly enough. The bus is nowhere near any houses and can't even be seen from them

I can't help with your situation, but I came in here as I have some knowledge surrounding Harassment. I think you need to change the title of the thread to something like "Planning Issue" as people with knowledge of it and no knowledge of Harassment are likely to pass this thread by.

I hope you get the help you need.
