Arrow Global Claim

Hi, I had a claim with arrow global they took me to court about a year ago. I went on this forum and you asked me to ask them for documents which I did in my defence and had a letter from the court stating that they 28 days to respond or the case would be closed and now a year on I have started receiving letters again from arrow global. Can they re open the claim.

I am guessing you actually submitted a defence and the claim is now stayed, is that right? Or was the claim struck out for some reason.

If the claim was stayed yes they can write begging letters to you or send you documents and apply to lift the stay

If their has been no transactions on the account is their a time limit as to when they can take it to court?

Also, I requested a subject access request and they did not provide it and just the postal order back. Does this help?
