      Re: 1st Credit and CCA

So is 1st credit TC 1998.pdf supposed to be an accurate recon of personal reserve terms pdf ?

It looks more like the one ( someone elses ) http://legalbeagles.info/forums/show...l=1#post752470 ( just noting the table on the recon which doesn't appear to exist on the original copy )

Your original more like this one - http://legalbeagles.info/forums/atta...8&d=1421227973 I think the interest bit is 4/5 paras down left hand side of bottom section, don't know if you can make anything out on your copy ? ( I can't on the one you posted )

actually the undated one (1st credit T@C PR no date front.pdf ) looks more like the right one, but still the table which doesn't exist in the original ( unless you can make one out ?)

Hi Amethyst yes to first question it is supposed to be accurate copy of T@C The copy from SAR is ineligible and is as posted ( post #27 the personal reserve account posts are all from the SAR off M@S and the original documents Also in post #27 all charge card letters are from first credit Think I have complicated all of this sorry
will send CCA copy from 1st credit now Thank you

Okay, so it may not be close to SB as you first thought, but the fact that they haven't issued a DN for the chargecard could cause them problems regardless of the credit agreement.

Have you been sent an annual Notice of Sums in Arrears (s86c) since you defaulted?

Hi thank you for replying and No I have not been sent any notice of sums in arrears off anyone These 2 accounts have done the rounds with numerous debt collectors for quite a few years and 1st credit are the only ones to take it this far (they have even offered 50% off both accounts earlier in 2017) All the letters in the SAR off M@S are in code but all the code is for the personal reserve account When 1st credit sent the CCA for the charge card they did not mention a default date just a set of T@C for 2005 Sorry for long post
