Where's the chatbox gone?

For the life of me, I can't see the chatbox! Has it been swallowed by a black hole?

I'm using the same browser I've been using ever since I signed up (Firefox on Mac). Have also tried Safari and nothing happens. Have you guys taken it down? :noidea: :noidea:

Try drop down arrow. .Top right. .it toggles chat box on or off

For some reason you're not showing as VIP, which will be why.

Looks like your VIP ran out yesterday. ''VIP Member Subscription : 14th January 2013 to 14th January 2014''

You should have received an email to your registered email address warning you about it a couple days ago.

It's an email notification so you may need to update your registered email if you didn't get the notice.

I didn't realise what had happened or I wouldn't have started this thread. Like I said above, I was expecting an email or PM when it expired. I think I'd read somewhere something about recurring subs/automatic renewal, it was probably elsewhere, but a year after signing up, I just couldn't remember whether that applied here or not.

I still get all my email alerts when someone replies or sends me a PM. I tend to get swamped with emails and sometimes they go to the spam folder.

One one occasion, I found an email from a relative saying they were coming to visit me, I just happened to check the spam folder the day before they were due to arrive!
