Typical isn't it.
My brother in law, resident in Australia, is currently on lecture tour in France.
He has made arrangements to come to UK to visit us on June 19th & 20th.
Yesterday I was informed son is to have ATOS assessment on 19th & son in law has tribunal to appeal against refusal to award compensation under Armed Forces scheme on 20th.
All I'm waiting for now is stay on daughter's PE case to be lifted and get court date for same day.
Have requested Tribunal to reschedule appeal hearing, but:rant: ATOS being uncooperative
