I was thinking to myself earlier (can be a dangerous activity if not controlled) the MOT is due soon on the car and I asked myself a question.
What is an MOT for?
To show that a car is road worthy I hear you say........ well no it don't, well at the time of the test it does but once you drive it off the garage forecourt it means nothing.
It even states on the MOT, this certificate does not prove the road worthiness of the vehicle, or words to that effect.
So you can't use it to prove the car is road worthy, you can't use it as a legal document in anyway what-so-ever, so what can you use it for??????
errrrr nothing. It's a useless bit of paper that is earning VOSA millions of squid a year.
Unless someone knows any different :rollelf:
see, this is what happens when you ask yourself seemingly simple questions, mmmmmmmmmmmmm...................maybe I need to see someone
