You have provided no information about the situation and how you fit into the picture. You do say, however, that you have instructed a solicitor. Can I just say that reading all your multiple threads (13 of them so far!) to try and piece together the story so far is a painful process.
Basically, your uncle has died, and his will names his carer as executor and sole beneficiary. Hence the recent "next of kin" question. You suspect coercion, dishonesty etc.
I think it would be a good idea for you to write up a new thread with the full story so far and then ask the questions on which you seek advice.Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.
