Hi, I made a new will last year leaving my house and assets to my 2 sons who live with me. My youngest son age 37 has Autism "High functioning" and works 3 days a week in a charity shop .As he's on means tested benefits, would inheriting our home and assets affect these benefits? I am 75 years of age. Any advice will be more than welcome.

Take professional advice about your Will.Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.
Litigants in Person should download and read the Judiciary's handbook for litigants in person: https://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/..._in_Person.pdf
