When a defence has been lodged to a Civil Bill as part of a challenge to Will do the Court automatically give the plaintiff notice of the Court date or is there now a need to apply to the Court for the trial and date of same?

Not sure what you mean by a Civil Bill (are you in NI?).
Is this a case where a caveat having been entered a warning was issued to which an appearance has been entered?
Further if this is a follow on from your earlier posts regarding your late aunt's will, it would be useful to keep all posts on the same thread as it puts matters in context.

It would help if you could rephrase your question with more precise detail so we can advise properly.Originally posted by clonmel View PostWhen a defence has been lodged to a Civil Bill as part of a challenge to Will do the Court automatically give the plaintiff notice of the Court date or is there now a need to apply to the Court for the trial and date of same?
