There are long delays to the probate system atm, I been waiting 4 months and they only just looked at the application, and they had the cheek to Blaim Brexit?
my question is, can I apply for probate in some other way, to another court, because I have no trust or confidence in the probate registry service at the moment it’s new computer system is a joke and they do not have any staff to process the applications, despite the huge hike in the fees.
this is a big government scam with no benefit to anybody, I think I might die before my mother’s probate comes through and then they won’t be able to do mine either.
