British Gas warrant and costs threatened due to being out of the UK

British Gas issued paperwork before a hearing for a warrant which I found when I returned to my house in the UK to remove my ex-husband who had been there some years alone. He has left a lot of debts and warrants and stuff to me.
The paperwork from British Gas said that a person NOT of my name owed them an estimated 10,000 pounds but they have no meter readings apparently. They also sent a set of papers to the occupier.
I tried to resolve this but it just got crazy. BG have hung up on me, not responded to my letters or been very late and then got all the information wrong and have refused to change the name on the account but then changed it to another in error anyway.
They say it is a third party dispute and I have to pay for my ex but at this time they have not sent any information at all anyway. No bills not even any info on how it came to be so high.
They claimed I said I was leaving the country and would not pay the debt but I did not say that I said I live out of the UK and could not pay if they put a prepayment meter in.
I have a lodger in the house and two air bnb rooms. I need this to be able to support myself and children and cannot leave my children whilst I'm in the UK for months fighting BG. I had to delay my flight but it still couldn't get any information at all including when and where they were going to Court or the Claim number and they said they went to court and have a warrant for entry but have not provided any details at all.
I got a direct pay barrister to go to Court and get me an injunction which he has to do without even getting the original paperwork. I got the injunction but the return date went badly. I had been sending all my documents as attachments by email and apparently they did not go through to the UK end even though they are going through where I live.
The barrister said he would ask for an adjournment but then told me something had gone wrong with the costs and I was being given costs of over 2,000 pounds for the legal team BG used unless I issue claim before 24th of this month. However apparently if I do so then BG are going to ask for a payment to secure their costs against me because I am out of the UK. They are claiming 15.000 pounds which is just crazy. They have a full company and legal team. I am a litigant in person with very limited resources and difficult communication problems due to the distance and living in a third world country with unreliable services. I am paying for their full legal team and a team of outside solicitors and a barrister whilst I struggle alone. I just want the chance to have a fair hearing.
I do not owe any money and I was not married to my ex so I am no more liable for his debts than I am for any other person. BG cannot have got a warrant without considerable lying in Court as it is not even in my name which they are fully aware of.
They have told the Citizens advise that I have been through the Ombudsman procedure so they dropped my case even though I cannot have been through anything as I don't live in the UK and haven't for many years.I can prove just about all I say but have not been given any chance to do so. How can I be forced to pay someone else's bills and bullied like this by BG whilst the Court just let them get away with it. Even the barrister could not understand why the case was apparently in Portsmouth and I live in London and even the Court could not give him the case number for the warrant application.
Please help I have to move real fast but don't have any paper work to even start with and the Court say they are running 28 days behind but that will be after it is too late for me.
