I came here in July 2019 about a court claim I had from Eon. Short story I had no billing and irregular billing from Eon and then left them to go to EDF. But then got told I owed them money but they couldn’t prove how or why so left it then I ended up with a court claim which I won with Amethyst help.
i have come back today for help as I don’t want to end up in same position again, my account with my new supplier is now not had bills for 12 months. I use to have 4 bills a year in the post in large print. In September we where put on a smart meter.*
my account is currently sat at just over £1,300.00 in credit. Which consists of our monthly payments and the government warm weather payment I get as I am disabled.
i have called to make a complaint but the lady I was trying to talk to just kept over talking me all the time. I have a complaint number but do not feel I was listened to over what I wanted for it to be fixed. We are ment to chose a new tariff but can’t as we have no idea of our usage of gas and electric.
last bill we received was 9th January 2019
i do not want to have to go through this again
