Just received a text saying :

amount or the seized vehicle. If you pay now, you will receive penalty reduction of 70 pound. Please pay immediately.

Thank you again for your cooperation.

Message was exactly as above with spelling errors. Don't see where , who obtained mobile number.

The link takes you to Gov website ? but with this address : https://pngisgcs.top/fine#/
yet official web site address is : https://www.gov.uk/pay-parking-fine

I shouldn't worry about it at all.
They have so many errors I can't see anyway they can enforce their invalid charge

If you hear any more come back to this thread

    Hi all,

Not received any further correspondence , can they issue a default penalty as they had replied to reply via their appeals section on their website?
    just wondering .

    Thanks

Ok , so i just sit tight now.

btw, I emailed the owners of LB health care and they confirmed that their parking is only alongside their building.( side which has Gemini operating )
That the opposite side belongs to nursery. The nursery , think I mentioned earlier informed me that the 2 disabled bays were council owned.

    Thanks

As their charge notice doesn't give any directions I would use email as that way you have a copy.

No they can't, unless the council have contracted them (which is unlikely)

You could add another sentence "noting that the vehicle appears to be parked on land not controlled by themselves.
Accordingly if they intend to pursue this matter they will need to produce a copy of their contract with the land owner/occupier
which shows the exact perimeters of the area they manage"

Ensure you do not identify the driver.

Hi Cant seem to edit it , cannot see edit function now can someone delete the attachment or edit it please?

Also I have had confirmation that LB health care parking which is governed by GEMINI is only for their side of the road,
Can GEMINI issue a ticket for parking bay run by the council ? AS the 2 disabled parking bays are owned by the council i have been informed.
    Thanks

That notice is meant for the driver, but presumably they have your name and address as you are the registered keeper.

So you can reply :along these lines:

    Dear Sirs,
I am in receipt of your PCN number xxxxxx.

I write to confirm I am the registered Keeper of the vehicle, registration number xxxxxxxxxx.
I have no legal obligation to identify the driver at the time of the alleged incident, and will not be doing so.

Please remove my data from your records.

    Yours etc

But they will probably ignore that, so you could just await a Notice to Keeper which will surely come and should be easily defended

If you do communicate with them do not identify the driver.

You have left your name & address exposed on the Parking notice... suggest you remove it
