Can you scan the allocation order, removing the case number and your name first ?

Within 4 weeks of the order or 4 weeks of the hearing ? Order i suspect but ask the court to clarify.

mystery , another update ,i have received today a letter from MIL , dated 10/10 2016 , OPEN SETTLEMENT OFFER , they are stating that based on the value of the claim and costs ect, they are prepared to accept £50 in full and final settlement paid within 14 days from the date of the letter , and its a one time offer ,and if i don't settle this letter may be shown in court and they have appointed a legal rep to attend court on their behalf ( no date for court yet so how have they managed that ). then more bullshit , if judgement is entered against me then it could be on file for 6 years but thats only if i lose and don't pay within 28 days is that correct , do you think i should email them and state that if they can forward me , say within 10 days , photos that my vehicle had overstayed with dates and times , i will pay the £50 > I no for a fact that they will not have photos of in and out with times and date , they could have one but not both , as my vehicle was only there 5 minutes , i am calling their bluff and it should be very interesting to see what they come up with , i could even ring them and ask them but email probably better , or any other ideas THANKS

I think it's actually 1 month but essentially you are correct.

I wouldn't send that but a counter offer of "drop the claim and no costs will be due by either of us " could be useful.

You could send them a copy of a Notice of Discontinuance for them to sign. You can download it here

                https://formfinder.hmctsformfinder.j...k/n279-eng.pdf

This is how it should be filled out. Helpfully MIL have lots of practice at it .....

Not here a lot but you'll find me on Pepipoo.

mystery , I've sent email with counter offer , but no reply as yet , they have to pay hearing fee £25 by the 28th, and also have the supposed legal rep to pay if it goes to court, what happens if they don't pay the court fee by the date , they might as well discontinue as the latest offer of £50 won't cover these costs , and they could be liable to pay me some costs, hardly a profit there , If it now goes to court does the claim go back up to £175 or is it a pick from any of the different figures they have given me , do i have to get my photos ect to court and to MIL within 4 weeks of order , or do i wait till i am allocated a court date , how long do i give MIL to respond to my last email offer, as if my stuff has to with court and MIL within the 4 weeks that gives me from 6th oct plus 28 days , making it 3rd November, this has been going on for almost 10 months, I must thank you for all your effort ,with help and advice , the end is probably on the horizon , so if i have to get all my info in , can you advise how to present it initially to court and MIL , and then in court, and also do i need to let all parties no who the drive was THANKS AGAIN

The offers do not matter. The amount of the court claim doesn't change.

Yes you need to send copies of your stuff and witness statement to the court and the claimant. Delivered at the last minute is best.

Mystery, just an update , still nothing from MIL since the last offer of £50 , so I've sorted my paperwork out , i.e. photos , emails , letters act (all copied) and have x3 , Court , MIL and mine , the date for the delivery of these in court letter dated 6/10/16 , so + 28days means need to be there 4th November at the latest , I will be delivering the court one personally a couple of days before due date ,and MIL posting and making sure its there by the 3rd at the latest . MIL have until the 28th to pay the hearing fee of £25 into court , what happens if they don't , should i contact the court on the 29th and ask if they have it . MIL should send me all their bundle by the 6th , do you thinks its advisable , to send them a email and tell them they will have my bundle by the 6th and i expect theirs , and if i don't get it , they are not following CPR and i will contact the courts and inform them . Now the question of costs , i intend to apply for costs if it goes to court , do I type a statement with detailed costings i.e. time, postal, stationary ect, i was thinking of £125, (£19 per hour plus incidentals ) and do i include in the bundles or if going to court ,take it with me , PS the case is nearly at it end (hopefully) and its been over 10 months , I've found it interesting ,reading accounts and scams of these cowboys , and i would like to thank you whichever way it goes , for all the help you and all your team have given me , all the letters you have detailed for me ,but most of all your time ,THANK YOU i don't no what i would have done ,

If i recall correctly, they write to them and tell them to pay or it's over.

You could but the court are useless and probably won't be able to tell you. Not because of prvacy though, but because their administration is terrible.

Yes but just have it with you. Also copy cpr 27.14 2 g as judges don't seem to want to use unreasonable behaviour, or at least pretend they don't know about it.
