    You don't send exhibits yet, that comes later, with your witness statement. Best to send it as a PDF attachment to an email to the court, remembering to add your signature. Is there an email address on the forms? Putting it on the form will lose any formatting, an easy to read fence will please the judge.

    the subject of the email is case number, name, defence.

    Google search will find you the email address and the required format

      Sorry if this is a dumb question but i will ask anyway

      can the witness statement and defence particulars be the same?


      the MCOL website does say If you experience any difficulties, contact the help desk:

        The defence is statements of why you are not liable for the claim, the witness statement is a story of what happens and allows you to reference exhibits
