Register the intent to appeal. Do not state the driver but yes to keeper. Then wait until you get the email telling you that the operator has put their prima facie case and then let me know what that is. 1 time per ticket.

I have registered my intent to appeal with the IAS.

In the meantime, the new one received from London Parking Solutions is the first correspondence I have had from them regarding a charge on 10th January and the charge is already £100. How should I go about appealing this one? Again, no ticket on my windscreen.

It is noted that your notice to keeper is fundamentally flawed when compared to PoFA 2102 schedule 4 para 7/8/9 not least becaus there was no notice to driver and the notice to keeper is out of time

So to be clear, all 3 PCNs start " A notice to driver in the form......" ?

If so then by stating that they are chasing the keeper we should have plenty to win with.

Which form are you referring too? The original letter received said notice to registered keeper. If you are referring to another form I can check, just let me know which one.

Yes those. You posted 1 and the first line was "" A notice to driver in the form......"" [MENTION=49370]Kati[/MENTION] posted it at #7 but i unapproved it so i doubt you can see it any more

Apologies yes I've just checked, the original 3 x PCN do say that. Interestingly the new one has different wording (as per the most recent image I sent for uploading).

Just a case of saying that they say it's keeper liability and then pointing out how they screwed that up. I'm starting 3 days on so would prefer to do it after that. Is there a deadline on each one ?

Also can you post the other 2 cases too as i would like to see the info on them.
