      Hi, so I haven't received a response to the SAR I requested. No idea if they can legally not respond to that. I went to the parking site yesterday where this allegedly happened and took pictures of the signs. You mind taking a look at them?

          Nothing to be done until you hear from Gladstones.
          Do you recall any of the details about the NTK eg date of incident/date of NTK/alleged breach ?
          They will need to supply these details prior to any court action

            From what I saw a long time ago. Their ntk looked pretty compliant. The charge is for parking outside the bay when there were no bays available. I'll pull up another ntk that looks identical, for a different person and maybe you can analyse that and see if theres anything non compliant. I also remember that there was a time of issue and not a period of parking. I'm sure they aren't the same thing?

                The NTK you have posted refers to a windscreen ticket having been affixed to the vehicle
                I thought the first you knew about this matter was a NTK. Was there a windscreen ticket?

                  That's the thing. I wasn't the driver of the vehicle but I'm 90% sure there was a windscreen ticket because the NTK came with pictures showing different angles of the car. Then I found the NTK on my post when I came back from holiday around last June. I'm just really concerned if the sokictiors can take this to court withour replying to the SAR.

                    If court action is initiated they will need to produce copies of all documentation they rely on

                      You have that letter before claim from Gladstones so ask them to provide all the documentation that they intend to rely on in court.

                      Giving us someone else's PCN is not very helpful. That PCN mentions a hire vehicle. Is this true of your case?

                        Hi yeah, I'll send that off tomorrow so it gets to them by Monday. Sorry I just wanted to show examples of ntks from euro parking services and no it's not true for my case. Do you have a template I could work from for the letter?

                            Well I've sent off the SAR and haven't received a reply yet. Would I need to send off another titled in response to the letter before claim, which then states questions such as "do you intend to use POFA in court?" Etc.

                              But posts 5,6,7,&9 were about replying to the letter before claim as well as sending a SAR.
                              Post 10 said you were requesting that info
                              The SAR went to Euro Parking services?
                              Reply to LBA went to Gladstones?

                                Sorry, I must have confused myself along the way somehow. Its been a stressful month with exams. I'll get these sent off as soon as then and provide drafts to check with you if they are okay to send.
