For the POPLA appeal, unfortunately the 'genuine pre-estimate of loss' argument is a tough argument to win since the 2015 Beavis Supreme Court ruling.
PoFA Sch 4 requires that the notice must 'specify the vehicle'.
BPA Code of Practice 36.6 says
I guess it would be for the judge on the day to interpret whether a vehicle reg only satisfies PoFA.

I read somewhere that they should list the make/model of the car. Is this so?
