Hi all,
I received a PCN a couple of days ago after i parked outside my partners mums to drop of my 7 week old baby boy. the PCN was received through the post and must have been reported by a resident in the opposite flats. on the PCN is shows a picture of my car from the rear in pitch black you can only just make out the entrance to the flat (If you have been there before) and a second picture of the parking sign.
I have appealed this today, on the bases that the charge is to much and does not represent genuine loses to the landowner and that the pictures are not enough evidence to pursue their claim that i was there as they are at night and could have been taken by anyone.
have i done the right thing by appealing or should i have just ignored it as i know these companies are not legally allowed to fine you,
also what do i do next if the appeal is rejected,
many thank, Jamie
