Hello,
hoping someone can help, my husband received a letter from Ultimate Customer Solutions (USC) who are 'debt resolution specialists' with regards to an unpaid PCN from London Parking Solutions, however he did not receive the original PCN. We have asked for a copy of the PCN letter which they have sent but it definitely wasn't received our end through the post.
The issue is that the fine has now gone up to the full amount (it would have been reduced if paid in 14 days of receipt) and Ultimate Customer Solutions have added their admin fees ad stating we have 14 days to pay. Is there any way we can dispute having to pay the full amount? We have called both USC and London Parking Solutions and they say nothing can be done but pay the full amount. We are also unsure about the validity of the ticket as there appears to be no photo in the original copy of the PCN sent and although my husband recognises the area the alleged contravention took place he is sure that he was parked in a retail store car park where there were no restrictions.
Many thanks
