    I also wanted to know if royal mail didn't stop my redirected mail to Scotland from York! Does dvla just like city of York council do not redirect as this stops fraud of claiming in different place ! does dvla do same thing & it would just either go back to dvla or stay at old address? please advise thanks

      If the parking eye ticket is from Scotland ignore them.

      Contact royal mail asap and find out. Then go from there.
