If I don’t do anything and just leave it. Will it still go to court being they have failed to comply with the requirements of Schedule 4 of The Protection Of Freedoms Act 2012? Would they take that risk?

Can I drive into these car parks with a clearly signed contract between me the registered keeper of the car and the the car park operator clearly visible in my front and back window of my car? Excluding me from any of their charges and charging them £1000 for every letter they or any other companies connected to them send me, picture they take and every time contact is made with me?

It’s scandalous they can deviate from the law and twist it like they do!!! I wouldn’t have a prob if they’d charge a fair penalty charge. £100 for £1 short is truly disgusting and judges and courts across the country should be embarrassed they are letting it happen! Even Dick Turpin wore a mask! Absolute robbery!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There's a long time before it gets near a court.

if you ignore then you will get a CCJ against you by default. You have to point out to any court their POFA fails

By post and get a free certificate of posting from a post office to show you sent it
