Can I drive into these car parks with a clearly signed contract between me the registered keeper of the car and the the car park operator clearly visible in my front and back window of my car? Excluding me from any of their charges and charging them £1000 for every letter they or any other companies connected to them send me, picture they take and every time contact is made with me?
