    4. Once again "polite but firm and tell them to cancel it. Loud (not shouty) firm voice. Will put pressure on the Manager to deal with it as he will not want to loose customers because of the PPC.
    5. Telling the OP to pay a speculative invoice (Not a fine as a private entity cannot fine you) is wrong without first knowing all the facts.
