    Thank you. Its all tax related. If we sell our house, then we can pay it all off, no problem. Just want the pressure taken off. Our life is just not worth living like this. Its awful. If there is something we could sign to say that this is what we will do, it would make things a whole lot easier.

      If its with hmrc then maybe worth a letter to the right people. If there debts are secured againt the property as a second charge. You should get some relief from them. And maybe lower cost. If you have a disbled child, and you have your property up for sale, you may be able to secure it.

        Just read the other bits. When was you bankrupt. Is it still with the or or a trustee. If trustee what firm.
