No, just that it would be silly to expect them to repair them even if they had caused the damage. she both noticed cracks on the edgers BEFORE they put the posts in, and also didn't notice any damage to any of the edgers at all.
Can I ask - the fence is new, no doubt they were on our drive in order to install it, but is it now covered by the 'maintain and decorate' access covenants on the deeds? Surely, only the property as they purchased it from the developer.
Anyway, who is obnoxious enough to just walk onto someone else's property because their deeds 'say so'. It's so disrespectful and uncalled for, a knock on our door and 'would you mind...', so much more polite, respectful and, dare I say, normal.
