Lease Breached - How do I submit a Section 146 Notice ?

    Send two recorded delivery asking for one to be signed and returned. You can't force them to sign it, so that will suffice.
    Thanks Jaguarsuk that's really helpful I have now drafted and am ready to send my first S146 Notice thanks to you

    As mentioned earlier currently the Freehold is owned by the Landlord, so I am sending this S146 Notice on his behalf as his agent ( we are the Management Company listed in the lease to act on his behalf ) but we are also in the process of possibly purchasing the Freehold....if I go ahead and issue the S146 Notice but in 6 months we end up buying the Freehold from the landlord will the fact the original S146 Notice was issued in the Landlords name ( but with us as the management company as his agent ) cause any issues later down the chain ?

      No because at the time of issue he was the freeholder and it was correct at that time to issue in his name.

        Fantastic thank you...I have now posted my first S146 Notice onto the breached tenant I can't begin to tell you how much this has helped me as the tenant is causing huge issues for literally dozens of us.
