Re: Is Vodafone in breach of Ts&Cs/Contract
It appears ive made a huge mistake in terms of the T's & C's ive viewed can someone please advise...... My services we're down for 41 days, I was unable to pay or view my bill (due to technical failure on Vodafones part) and my credit score has been affected, the customer service I received to one side( 20 + calls to have this rectified 20+ hours and the worst ive ever had to deal with) do I have a complaint for breach of service...... I thought I had read the relevant T's n C's but was informed tonight from customer relations I was reading the business T's n C's ....
