the solicitor letters were hand written I doubt she had been in touch with a solicitor anyway she has also made a retired couples life hell and they are also sayig they plan to move due to them. we have tried police mediation and she won't let me get a word even the officer agreed with me there but they seem very reluctant to act.
the kids aged from months to ten we believe she has told them my name and they shout it out and she and her husband swear at the children and they basically are all under lockdown after 6 does this sound civil human beings to you.

If your concerned about the welfare of the kids report it,if the woman wont talk to a mediator you probable have no option but to seek an injuction or something legal,we have neighbours who are noisy but there are reasons for this others are great and some look at us as if we came from mars afraid its part of life we can accept it if it got bad unlikely we would seek advice

Any formal channel will tell you what I posted in Post 12 IMO. There are plenty of events happening - get your evidence together so it is irrefutable, then report them. The authorities will have to act then, or you can formally take action against them.

What you can't do is keep complaining without actually doing something. That may sound harsh, but it's true.

The reasons that the woodentops are reluctant to act are probably:
          1. the Untermensch have not (yet) committed any recognisable crime
          2. most of their litter of brats are under the age of criminal responsibility

Do you suspect that the Untermensch might be smacking or otherwise abusing their darling children?

If so, why have you not told the Social Services department of your local council?

Another thought is that, with nine brats in the house, won't it be somewhat overcrowded?

my daughter he even stays in there MPV to get away from them all
            2. most of their litter of brats are under the age of criminal responsibility yes all 9

Do you suspect that the Untermensch might be smacking or otherwise abusing their darling children? quite likely the poor kids just shout out
things at me because there parents tell them to they quite likely do but behind closed door smack them

If so, why have you not told the Social Services department of your local council? I have contact Braintree Social Services department
and NSPCC both found that they unwilling to help If I was them I would just look at there behaviour at school to see that they are
not normal they also shout louder and scream because that is the only way they get attention but sadly not good attention just more
            shouting back

Another thought is that, with nine brats in the house, won't it be somewhat overcrowded?
yes quite likely don't know how they
            fit in there.

              Re: extremly bad neighbours

I presume that you have reported these people in writing ???? If not then I would send a letter to .....

              The school
              The local Social Services
              The NSPCC

and include in that letter that if nothing is done about this feral family who are obviously commiting child neglect then you will have no further option than to send copies of your letters to the following

              Your local MP
              No. 10 Downing Street
              The Sun
              The Mirror
              The Star
              The Daily Express
              The Daily Mail

              Then there's

              BBC News
              BBC Essex
              Sky News
              ITV News

and if you get bored then shout back here and we'll think of a few others for you.

Alternatively you can suffer in silence, I know what I'd do, plus I do think that if you take a look at the Social Services and NSPCC you can report anonymously and if you can't then you can always put STRICTLY PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL at the top of your letters.

What part of beautiful north Essex?

I can think of a number of areas here that have similar "problem" families.

Is this still ongoing without resolution after 2 years?

A private & confidential letter to the Chief Constable is often more effective.
Don't let wind up merchants put you off they are just not worth bothering with.

i would like to add we asked the police for cctv cameras but they wouldn't as it wasn't a racial issue which made feel me feel penalized for being British this was when the police i were trying to mediate between us and this was due to teenagers kicking nocking at mydoor but they may have been sympathizers of next or been aware that we had issue between us

Is there any other " evidence" we can add to the complaint.

it has all been going on since 2005 when the 2 oldest kids started to kick holes into my fence which oily was put up by occupants b4 them the dad had an affair so to get back at him she wanted a kid every year nearly every year since then and when they kicked the ball over the dad would help them over the fence which came to head at one of the kids birthdays and they let 2 of there friends into my garden i came in from a shopping trip and there were 2 i thought teenagers so i told them to f off so they called the police who were ok and warned about going into other peoples garden the stress go to much for my wife then it turned to a compost heap which she called environment services which she has done 3 times since and they have nothing wrong .then in bad weather concrete came away from my chimney which was the 3rd we have had from saying she wanted to sue us basically. the police told her to stop writing these after the first one but she could not stop her self i told the police after each one the said they would do her for harassment but never did she even followed us once to the police but never did anything about it the wife has called my wife fatty and other things i have been called peado in my garden when dong the lawn all this has given us both depression which we seen counsellor for we costly hear Screaming kids every day or banging at the walls she park awkwardly so i have had to complain to the police about that. neighbours behind have also moved when there house was there retirement home supposedly and know where to get for our sanity
