Do you mean they believe what has been said is lies?
Has any order been made by the Court yet?
If not and your solicitor and the advocate believe you, then you will get an opportunity to put the record straight in your witness statement and your solicitor can guide you on what will be needed.

I am a qualified solicitor and am happy to try and assist informally, where needed.
